Andrew has been a director of Richardsons since it was established in Thame. He is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with EY in London.

Bernie Hawkes

Bernie has been at Richardsons since 1988, and is a practicing Chartered Accountant as well as a qualified Chartered Financial Planner.

Jemima plays a key role in advising on a broad range of issues, such as obtaining R&D tax credits and the completion of grant audits.

Rachel specialises in providing accounting, audit and advisory services to owner managed businesses and subsidiaries of overseas entities.

Ria works predominantly with our large corporate clients and not-for-profit organisations including charities, housing associations, universities and pension schemes.

Harry manages a variety of payrolls ranging from sole traders to companies with over 340 employees.

Jack works with a variety of clients in numerous sectors including legal services, technology, construction, recruitment, motor racing and management consultancy.

James Ellin

James manages a portfolio of clients primarily in the technology sector, as well as providing tax advice for private clients.

John Holland

John works with a wide variety of clients, working mainly on R&D tax credits and advising on corporate tax matters.

Amy McCourt

Amy provides accounting, audit and advisory services to clients across a range of sectors and has a client base in research and development, personal tax and owner managed businesses.

Chloe Jackson

As well as preparing accounts and completing audits, Chloe also provides bookkeeping training on Sage and Xero.

Jamie works with a wide variety of clients in numerous sectors including farming, consultancy, technology, and construction.

Kate works with a variety of clients, including sole traders and small limited companies, completing accounts and tax return preparation as well as audits.

As well as preparing R&D tax credit claims and completing grant audits, Laura assists with audit, preparation of statutory accounts and tax compliance.

Zac specialises in providing management accounts, software training and audits for solicitors and estate agents.

Charlie works with a variety of clients in varying industries, completing accounts preparation, VAT returns and tax returns.

James works closely with a number of audit clients, as well as assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts, tax compliance, and completing R&D tax credit claims.

Bill joined Richardsons in 2011 primarily in a payroll capacity having worked previously in this field.

Janet Rochford

Marketing Manager

In her role as marketing manager, Janet organises Richardsons events, manages website content, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility volunteering days for team members.

As Practice Manager, Cay manages the day to day running of the practice including the internal accounts, reports & HR amongst many other things.
