Payroll

We understand that running a payroll in-house can be an increasingly complicated and time-consuming task. That is why, at Richardsons Payroll Services, we do more than just process the payroll. We build trustful relationships with businesses to ensure that we meet all your specific payroll needs. This is how we ensure that we provide a fast, efficient and accurate payroll processing service all year round.

Our payroll service includes the following:
• Communicating directly with HMRC regarding PAYE matters on behalf of the company

• Preparation of tailored payroll documentation each period.

• Preparing statutory forms such as P45s and P60s.

• The administration of starters, leavers and statutory payments, including parental pay, statutory sick pay and    redundancy.

• The calculation and deduction of employee and employer pension contributions.

• The process of setting up or ceasing PAYE schemes where necessary.

At Richardsons, data protection is one of our top priorities. As we handle a lot of sensitive data we have numerous procedures in place to ensure that we comply with GDPR. For more information please see our privacy policy
