On 7 December Alison Richardson and Georgie Eldrett from Richardsons attended The Growth and Innovation Summit & Business Expo at Adams Park in High Wycombe.
This event was held by Buckinghamshire Business First, and marked the end of the two-week-long Buckinghamshire Business Festival showcasing the thriving business community in Buckinghamshire.
The day started with the AGM, where Chairman Michael Garvey and Managing Director Philippa Batting discussed the success of recent business support programmes, and upcoming support offerings. Richardsons have proudly sponsored the Growth Business of the Year Award at the Buckinghamshire Business Awards for the past 5 years, and Alison and Georgie were delighted to see two past Growth Award winners on the panel – Nick Moss from Saepio Solutions, and Victoria Brocklesby from Origin Global.
Three newly funded business support programmes, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund via Buckinghamshire Council were launched on the day.
